There was one gas station in cities across Hillsborough County selling diesel gas at the lowest price of $3.38 per gallon in the week ending Jan. 10, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Reported prices for diesel gas in Hillsborough County averaged $3.85 per gallon.
Hillsborough County had 51 of 154 reported gas stations offering diesel gas.
Across New Hampshire, the average reported price for a gallon of diesel gas rose to $3.81, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
