Kristin Noble, a New Hampshire State Representative, shared several updates on her social media account between April 15 and April 18, 2026. Her posts covered topics ranging from recent judicial decisions to local legislative activities.
On April 15, Noble referenced a decision by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals regarding student access to certain books in schools. She wrote, “Oh… Eighth Circuit: Schools Don’t Owe Kids Access to Sexually Explicit Books ‘The First Amendment does not guarantee students the right to access books of their choosing at taxpayer expense,’ an Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled on Monday.” This statement highlights an ongoing national debate over book availability in public school libraries and the extent of First Amendment protections for students.
Two days later, on April 16, Noble encouraged constituents to participate in an upcoming legislative hearing related to home education. She posted, “If you support the Home Education Freedom Act (HB1268) then please come to the hearing in Senate Education on 4/21 9:45 @ the State Library 2nd floor map room. You don’t have to give a speech. Just get up, state your name, and say I support this bill. Easy peasy!” The Home Education Freedom Act (HB1268) is under consideration by New Hampshire lawmakers and seeks to expand options for families pursuing home-based education.
On April 18, Noble shared a personal observation about the night sky with her followers: “Pretty good stars tonight ”
These posts reflect both Kristin Noble’s engagement with current legal and legislative issues as well as more personal moments she shares with her audience online.
