Lane and street closures scheduled for utility work in Nashua

Utility work will lead to lane and street closures at various locations in Nashua, according to a June 1 announcement from the city. Amherst Street, between Tanguay Avenue and Airport Road/Trafalgar Square, will have lane closures from Monday, June 8 to Thursday, June 11 between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. for water-related work.

Additional lane closures on Amherst Street are planned from Monday, June 15 to Wednesday, June 17 during the same hours of 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., this time for gas-related work.

Cottage Street, from Temple Street to Cottage Avenue, will be fully closed on Wednesday, June 10 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for crane operations.

The city advises motorists to seek alternate routes during these periods and notes that the scheduled times may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
