Former Bishop Guertin High School player and current Eastern Connecticut State Warriors catcher, Maddy Bowen, will compete in the NCAA D3 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the first seeded Virginia Wesleyan Marlins.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
