The nursing facility offered 117 beds, which is 24 more than Rockingham County’s average noted for the same quarter. The center assisted an average of 102.2 residents in this period.
The CMS assigned Oceanside Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation an overall rating of 1 out of 5, below the 2.9 average for New Hampshire nursing homes.
Rockingham County Nursing Home reported the county’s highest bed count during the quarter with 226 beds. Edgewood Centre was second, providing 156 beds.
Oceanside Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation accrued $14,521 in total fines and received one penalty as of the initial quarter of 2026.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
