Rep. Keith Ammon, a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, shared a series of posts on his official Twitter account between May 18 and May 19, 2026, discussing topics ranging from technology’s impact on society to local toll policies.
On May 18, Ammon commented on the transformative potential of technology with a philosophical message: “It’s the great equalizer. What do you want to accomplish? What do you want to see done in the world? Use these tools to project your will on the future. Paradigm shift.”
Later that day, he addressed concerns about transportation fees in New Hampshire by highlighting the costs associated with using NH E-ZPass without a transponder: “NH E-ZPass without a transponder is $1 for the toll and $4 for the processing fee, for every transit through a toll booth. Say, what?” The NH E-ZPass system allows drivers to pay highway tolls electronically; however, users without a physical transponder incur additional processing fees each time they pass through a toll booth.
On May 19, Ammon turned his attention to cognitive science and digital life, posting: “How our minds distort time through memory, perception, and technology.” This comment reflects ongoing discussions about how human experience of time can be altered by advances in digital technologies.
Rep. Keith Ammon represents constituents in New Hampshire and has previously used his platform to discuss state policies as well as broader societal issues related to technological change.
