Democratic incumbent Shannon Chandley has lost her re-election attempt for House District 11 to Republican challenger Gary Daniels.

Chandley posted the following statement on her Facebook page on Nov. 4.

“After months of outreach, countless conversations with voters and navigating a new kind of campaign trail, the 2020 general election in New Hampshire has happened. I thank every citizen who voted in this year’s historic election. I offer my deepest gratitude to the clerks, moderators, assistants, supervisors of the checklist, and volunteers who worked long hard hours in the midst of this pandemic to support and maintain a democracy. with the balance in the Senate District 11 race counted, the slimmest of margins separates us. My campaign is currently considering our options. We will make a decision shortly. Please stay tuned.”

Meanwhile, Daniels thanked his supporters on Facebook for his win.

“The results are in! We won! Thank YOU so much for your support. I will not let you down!” he wrote.
