Southern New Hampshire Health issued the following announcement on February 22.
At the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute, a team of specialized oncology nurse navigators assess, guide, educate, and empower patients throughout their entire cancer journey, serving as a point of contact for coordinating care with the patient’s entire medical team.
At Foundation Hematology/Oncology, part of the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute, Anne Goudreau, RN, OCN, is the Oncology Nurse Navigator who works alongside patients, families, and caregivers to provide them with individualized support and assistance with overcoming health system, socio-economic, and other potential barriers to obtaining quality and appropriate cancer care. Anne has a passion for educating patients about their health, disease, and treatments, and she has a special interest in cancer survivorship, ensuring that patients continue to feel supported after their cancer treatment is over.
Anne has worked at Foundation Hematology/Oncology for 18 years. She is a Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN), belongs to the Oncology Nursing Society and the Academy of Oncology Nurse Navigators. In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with family and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.
