City of Manchester issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
PUBLIC NOTICE TO VOTERS
Pursuant to RSA 656:42 VIII, the City Clerk's Office in Manchester will be testing ballots for the September 21, 2021 Non-Partisan Municipal Primary Election and the Ward 8 Special Election and sealing all tabulator machines on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Walter A. Stiles Conference Room located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall.
The public is welcome to view the process.
