Town of Temple issued the following announcement on February 9.
Town meeting is close. Remember to vote on Tuesday March 8th at the Town Hall, 7am to 7pm. There will be no outside voting. Masks are suggested, required if you have been recently exposed, per CDC guidelines. If you don’t want to vote inside you can vote absentee, but you must return your ballot before voting day. No same-day absentee voting is allowed.
We will meet on Saturday, March 12th at 10am at the Temple Elementary School for our Town Meeting. REAL MASKS ARE MANDATORY, this WILL be enforced. No cloth masks, bandanas, etc. This is a requirement imposed by the school district, not the town. Masks will be available.
