Southern New Hampshire Health: Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month

24

Southern New Hampshire Health issued the following announcement on March 8.

March is #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many colonoscopies have been delayed or missed altogether. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance estimates that 151,030 people will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2022. The organization also estimates that 52,580 people will die from the disease this year. If you're 45 years old or older, or it's been a while since your last colonoscopy, talk to your primary care provider about scheduling one...it could save your life!
