Town of Temple issued the following announcement on April 7.
The fastest way to get service is to go online and place your order. This is the time to select your plan. If your address doesn't pop up or if you have questions about which plan may be best for you, please call 888-646-2855.
For those who pre-registered, you can wait for a Fidium rep to call you to set up service. But you don't have to wait. Even if you pre-registered, you can go online and place your order.
Update on Timing for TDS Area
The area at the far north of town, where the poles are owned by TDS, should have service available in about a month. The legal contracts to secure pole rights are nearly finalized. Once that happens, CCI will have their crews run the fiber, splice, and test very quickly. This area impacts about 70 residences.
Phone and Streaming Services
Fidium also offers VOIP phone service and has partnered with three streaming services. To learn more, call 888-646-2855.
Small Biz Services
Fidium will launch small business plans this summer. If you need a dedicated IP address, you can discuss that with a Fidium rep, and you may be able to add that onto your residential plan. You may also choose to start with a residential plan and upgrade to a small biz plan once they are available. Fidium does not require that you sign a contract, so you can switch plans at any time.
Installation Concerns
Fidium will begin installing very soon. If you have concerns or issues with the installation, please email templebroadband@templenh.org - the Broadband committee will be able to escalate issues to CCI for resolution.
