The Nichols family (51 NH Route 123) is seeking to construct a ground-mounted solar array on their property
The family has requested a Variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment because the proposed array would be within the 100’ setback ad required in the Sharon Zoning Ordinances.
Because the proposed array will be ground-mounted, the Planning Board will meet to review the application pursuant to Article XXVII: Solar Collections Systems as found in the Sharon Zoning Ordinances.
Copies of the application and all supporting documents are available for review at the Sharon Meeting House, 432 NH Route 123.
