TOWN OF FRANCESTOWN

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Francestown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022, 6:30 PM at the Francestown Town Offices: lower-level meeting room. At the hearing, the following applications will be formally submitted to the Board and, if accepted, will be reviewed:

 

  • Case #22-SD-03 an application for Consolidation/Lot Line Adjustment from Lara Gilman Revocable Trust. The property is located on Bible Hill Road: Map 9 / Lots 22.1, 22.2, 22.3. The applicant is proposing annexing a portion of lot 22.2 to lot 22.1 and the remainder of lot 22.2 to lot 22.3.  The property is located in the rural district.
 

  • Case # 22-CU-01 an application for Conditional Use Permit from Marcy Bixby Tripp and Edward U. Graham for a short-term rental property at 154 Hillside Lane: Tax Map 18, Lot 6.  The proposal, if approved, would allow for short-term rental of the property as authorized under the Francestown Zoning Ordinance, Article II, Section 3.17.  The property is located in the rural district and contains property in the shorelands district.
If not resolved at this meeting, these matters may be continued to subsequent meetings without further published notice.  Interested parties are invited to attend, in person or by agent, to show why this application should, or should not, be granted.

 

SITE WALKS

 

A site walk of the Graham/Tripp property (Case #22-CU-01) will be held immediately preceding the public hearing, beginning at 5:30 PM at the property – 154 Hillside Lane.

 

If the Board determines that a site walk of the Gilman property (Case #22-SD-03) is necessary, a site walk will be scheduled and the public hearing will be continued.
