Several properties should have received a letter from our assessing company Avitar last week. These residences were unable to do interior inspections previously and now Avitar is scheduling appointments.
Annually properties are chosen for data verification. As the letter indicates, you can go online and schedule an appointment. If you are unable to schedule an appointment yourself, please contact the select board assistant at 603-878-2536 and she will assist you.
