The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC) was recently awarded funding from the New Hampshire Children’s Health Foundation to participate in the ‘Pathways to Play’ program, aimed at reducing childhood obesity and improving overall child health in the Granite State.
The SNHPC encourages all community members to participate in a short survey to get feedback from residents and to help them and their partners understand the needs and desires of people in the wider SNHPC community. The survey consists of 15 questions and takes about 4 minutes to complete. It can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ptpgranite. The survey will remain open until the end of October.
