NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Francestown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, 6:30 PM at the Francestown Town Offices: lower-level meeting room. At the hearing, the following application will be formally submitted to the Board and, if accepted, will be reviewed:
- Case # 22-CU-02 an application for Conditional Use Permit from Kenneth and Mark Wright and Barbara Redmond for a short-term rental property at 270 Scoby Road: Tax Map 16, Lot 4. The proposal, if approved, would allow for short-term rental of the property as authorized under the Francestown Zoning Ordinance, Article II, Section 3.17. The property is located in the rural district and contains property in the shorelands district.
If not resolved at this meeting, these matters may be continued to subsequent meetings without further published notice. Interested parties are invited to attend, in person or by agent, to show why this application should, or should not, be granted.
SITE WALK
A site walk of the property will be held on Saturday, November 12th beginning at 10 AM at the property – 270 Scoby Road, Francestown.
